Terms for using SmartPortfolio.

By accessing or using SmartPortfolio, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You may use SmartPortfolio through supported authentication methods, including Google sign-in where offered.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to SmartPortfolio, including resumes, text, images, and portfolio information.

You grant SmartPortfolio a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, improve, and provide the service to you, including publishing your portfolio when you choose to make it public.

If you publish a portfolio, the content you choose to publish may be publicly accessible on the web through your selected portfolio URL.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to publish the content you upload or display.

You agree not to misuse SmartPortfolio. For example, you must not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload or publish content that infringes another party’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or connected systems.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or normal operation of the service.
• Use the service to distribute malware, spam, deceptive content, or abusive material.

SmartPortfolio may offer AI-assisted generation, rewriting, or structuring tools. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing or relying on it.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of SmartPortfolio from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may suspend or terminate access to SmartPortfolio if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if continued operation is no longer feasible.

You may stop using the service at any time.

SmartPortfolio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartPortfolio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date on this page. Your continued use of SmartPortfolio after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
